Is Prostamax the same as prostatilen or vitaprost?

No, and the distinction matters when reading the literature. Prostatilen and vitaprost are polypeptide complexes extracted from animal prostate tissue — heterogeneous mixtures. Prostamax as supplied here is a synthetic tetrapeptide of defined sequence and molecular weight.
