Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unopened.
- The original seal must be intact.
- The product must be in its original packaging and condition.
Customers must contact White Market Peptides within 14 days of confirmed delivery to request return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Use a trackable shipping method. White Market Peptides is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
After the returned product is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Products that have been opened, altered, damaged after delivery, or used in any way are not eligible for return.
