Processing Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. All other orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

All shipments are sent via FedEx 2-Day Express for a flat rate of $12.00. Orders of $200 or more ship free. Local pickup in the Los Angeles area is also available at checkout, at no charge. We occasionally offer promotional codes that include free shipping at any order total.
Packaging & Handling
- All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no external indication of contents.
- Temperature-sensitive compounds include cold packs when ambient temperatures require it.
- Lyophilized (powder) peptides are shipped at room temperature — they are stable in this form during transit.
- Each vial is individually sealed and cushioned to prevent damage during shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States only. All products are tested and shipped from our USA facility.
We cannot ship to certain states or jurisdictions where specific research compounds may be restricted. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package at fedex.com/tracking. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact our support team within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, reship your order at no additional cost. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
